The heart and hand of this story.
An avid fantasy fanboy since childhood, James McLeod wants to share stories which surprise, thrill, and leave a tangy aftertaste.
Growing up as a gay teen in the 90s, McLeod admits he did not get through adolescence unscathed and sees shadows of his experiences in the broken world of Aliru, in which Siltari takes place. It is a world darkened by human mistakes, yet within that world, there is still hope for change.
James has lived in Vancouver, Stockholm, Lund, Berlin, and now resides in his hometown of Melbourne, Australia with his husband, Moritz, and a disobedient rabble of pop-history books.
The Binding of Siltari is his first novel.
